Hello! Welcome! It's lovely to have you here. I am Tia, I’m a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Gippsland (Baw Baw Shire & Latrobe Valley region). I support anyone in preconception and fertility support, pregnancy, birthing at home or hospital or postpartum. I’m born in Australia and I have a Dutch and Ukrainian background.

I am a mother, nurturer, educator, and passionate advocate for mothers during their preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. A lot of the experiences of womanhood are quite powerful, transformational, and profound. I'm able to hold space for you so that we can invest in going deep in conversation together, so that we can unpack your fears and let your intuition and body guide you.

My aim is to empower, support, and educate mothers and their families on their journey through conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. I provide a variety of services that are tailored to suit your requirements. I value equality and diversity and also strongly believe that it’s important for me to use my voice to advocate for others that are unable to advocate for themselves.

I'm committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where you will feel valued, respected, safe, and empowered to be your authentic self. In addition to my doula work, I find joy in sharing my interests in health and wellness, low-toxic living, holistic life, natural therapies (such as herbs, oils, homeopathy, etc), women's advocacy, embodied motherhood, reparenting, and inner child work.
