Mother of two girls. a passionate Yoga teacher and doula. In 2015 I completed 200hrs yoga teacher training and fell pregnant with eldest daughter Leia during this time. This is where the passion evolved further into teaching Yin, mums & bubs, pre & post natal and kids yoga. After the life changing birth of Leia I was drawn to supporting mothers on this incredible life transition and completed my doula training in 2018. Forever delving deeper, listening intuitively and honouring inner wisdom for guidance. Drawn to the magic of the female body, excited to support women through the transformations they will experience with bring new life, whilst holding a safe and relaxed space.
