What services do you provide? Pregnancy Support, Postpartum Support

I focus mostly in postpartum support, working with you in your home to help you adjust to life with a newborn. I offer emotional and practical support, debriefing birth experiences, talking through what’s happening with you and your baby and can refer on to other providers if required. I can offer basic breast and bottle feeding assistance, cook some meals, give your kitchen a quick tidy, hold the baby while you have a shower. I like to think of myself as your village, stepping in to help out and offer a listening ear in this huge life transition. I also offer birth and postpartum planning sessions, which can be done either in person or remotely. In birth planning sessions, we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth wishes, and I will ensure you have access to all the information you need to make informed decisions. From there I will assist you to create your birth plan. In postpartum planning sessions, we will discuss your current lifestyle and division of household tasks, what life might look like with a newborn and how we can best set you up to thrive in new parenthood.
