I am an End of Life Doula who works to raise awareness around end of life planning and the importance of conversations so that individuals and their families feel supported and empowered to plan and prepare well for end of life. I support those who are on their final journey, and their loved ones, by providing all-round holistic care – i.e. doing whatever’s needed for that person, wherever they’re at on their journey – spiritual, emotional, cultural, practical and social care. I am passionate about empowering those who wish to die at home, improving understanding and acceptance of death in our homes and communities, and supporting the growth of Doulas to help fill the gaps in palliative and end of life care with the increasing demands on the health system
