Hello, I’m Em, I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula and mental health professional, servicing the Melbourne Northern suburbs.

I am all about honouring, and supporting women in their own power through this transformative time. I trust the mother’s intuition and believe that how you feel during your pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience an is profoundly important.

After two vastly different birth and postpartum experiences of my own, one emergency caesarean section followed by a VBAC at home, I know first hand the lasting impact of your birth experience can have on not only the birthing parent but also the partner and family.

Whether you’re a first-time mum, or a new mother to another little love, I offer personalised birth support, continuity and mental health informed care and opportunities to be deeply heard and loved. If I’m not supporting births or new mums, you’ll find me mothering my own beautiful children, drinking coffee or on a yoga mat in a downward facing dog.
